With the Book Order Form.
Make a note of what you want to order, and then fill in
the Book Order Form.
This is meant for simple orders: one or two books,
the credit card must be on your name and address, and the books should go
to this same address.
We need some information from you. If you place your order with the
Book Order Form, or through one of the databases, you can not miss our questions
in the fill-in screens. This what we need to know:
Personal data:
Your name and postal address and e-mail address, preferably
your phone number as well.
Book(s) ordered:
its booknumber (like 'N1-23-45') and one or two keywords
as a check.
Payment method:
Read all details here.
We don't accept cheques.
Shipment preference:
standard or express, and insured or not.
We may suggest som type of security/insurance.
If you prefer the cheaper uninsured way, the risk is yours.
Payment has to be in advance. We don't do debit accounting.
But postpone payment till you have received
our message:
whether the book is available,
what the final costs will be, and how to specify your payment.
